About the Role:

LearningRx is growing and looking for outgoing trainers who want the flexibility to take clients who fit their weekly schedule.

Join LearningRx Colorado Springs as a Brain Trainer, where you'll empower individuals to unlock their cognitive potential! In this dynamic role, you will work closely with clients of all ages, using proven brain training techniques to enhance their learning capabilities and cognitive skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one brain training sessions tailored to individual client needs, remotely or in person.
Assess clients' cognitive strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized training plans.
Use engaging and interactive exercises to improve memory, attention and processing speed.
Track and document client progress, provide feedback and encouragement.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere during training sessions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Communicate effectively with clients and their families about progress and strategies.
Network and participate in community events and sponsorships.

Requirements:

Availability Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Flexibility with scheduling up to 30 hours per week.
Passion for education and helping others achieve their cognitive goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
Experience in education, psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to adapt training methods to suit diverse learning styles.
Proficient in using technology, including tablets and remote devices.
Reliable, organized and able to manage multiple clients effectively.
Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Background check is required.
Four-year degree is a plus.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
